WASHINGTON – The National Cannabis Roundtable (NCR) today announced that it has doubled its membership since launching the organization in February of this year. NCR members operate in 23 states with legal cannabis programs, including the District of Columbia, and include growers, processors, dispensers, investors and entrepreneurs. “NCR is growing fast because we are seeing real progress in the fight for cannabis reform in Congress,” said former Speaker John A. Boehner, Honorary Chairman of NCR. “We welcome our new members of the team and look forward to their input and contribution to the debate.” Along with former Speaker Boehner, the NCR leadership is comprised of Acreage Holdings CEO Kevin P. Murphy as Chairman of the Board and Dr. Chanda Macias as Vice Chairwoman. “We are committed to growing a vibrant industry that truly informs the discussion about cannabis reforms that can positively impact our families and communities,” said Dr. Macias.
