NCR Calls for Adoption of STATES Act as House Panel Reviews Cannabis Reform

NCR to Submit Comments for the Record

WASHINGTON, DC – The National Cannabis Roundtable (NCR) today called on Congress to pass the STATES Act as the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security reviews federal cannabis laws.  NCR will submit official comments for the record.

“As we move closer to the inevitable end of federal cannabis prohibition in the U.S., NCR believes that states and territories are in the best position to determine what program works for them,” said Terry Holt, NCR spokesman.  “We look forward to working with the Committee and Congress to advance commonsense cannabis reform.”
